Where we ship and what it costs
Shipping is a flat rate by region. You see the exact figure at checkout, before you choose a coin and before anything is charged.

Tracked and insured courier delivery. Most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship.
What the parcel looks like
Every order ships in a plain outer box with no store name and no description of the contents. The courier still needs a name and an address that will reach you, and customs forms, where a border is crossed, have to describe the contents truthfully.
Where we cannot ship
We do not ship to Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria. Sanctions and export control rules prevent it. If your country is not in the delivery list at checkout, we cannot deliver there.
How long it takes
Catalog items usually ship within 3 to 6 business days of payment. Custom PCs ship within 5 to 10 business days, depending on parts. Each stage appears on your order page as it happens, and the tracking number is added there the moment the parcel ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by your country. Those are set by your customs office, are collected by the courier or at delivery, and are your responsibility as the importer. Where we are required to collect a sales tax or VAT, it is shown as its own line at checkout.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A custom PC can be returned within 14 days if it has not been modified. Opened catalog items are covered by the maker's warranty. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty. To start a return, email contact@buypcwithcrypto.com with your order ID within 14 days of delivery. We reply with the return address and what to include.
Refunds
Because you paid in cryptocurrency, a refund is sent in cryptocurrency, to an address you give us, for the US dollar amount of the returned items. The network fee for the transfer is deducted. We refund within a few business days of receiving and checking the return.
Warranty
Everything we sell carries a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, counted from delivery. It does not cover damage from drops, liquid, misuse or unauthorised repair. Catalog items carry their maker's own warranty. In a custom PC, the components also carry their makers' warranties, and we handle the claim for you.
Damaged in transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the box and the item. We deal with the courier and send a replacement or refund.
