It is what the item costs us at the seller, plus 6 percent and a flat 25 dollar handling fee, rounded up to a whole dollar. Each product page shows the item price and our fee as separate lines, so you can compare it with the maker's own price.
Are the laptops and desktops new?
Catalog laptops and desktops are bought new, in the maker's box. Custom PCs are built from new parts. They carry the maker's own warranty, and we pass on the purchase details if the maker asks for them.
How long do I have to send the payment?
2 hours. The amount and address are fixed for that time and the order page shows a live countdown. A payment that arrives after the window is matched to your order by hand. It takes longer, but it is not lost.
What happens if I use the wrong network?
Coins sent on a different network than the one on your order page cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Check the network label against your wallet before you confirm. A payment that is a little short or over pauses the order and a person contacts you.
