Can I buy a laptop or a gaming PC with Bitcoin?
Yes. Pick a laptop or desktop from the shop, or build a custom PC, pick Bitcoin at checkout and pay the amount shown to the deposit address on your order. USDT, Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin and the rest of our 40 coins work the same way. No exchange account or card needed.
How is the price of a catalog item worked out?
It is what the item costs us at the seller, plus 6 percent and a flat 25 dollar handling fee, rounded up to a whole dollar. Each product page shows the item price and our fee as separate lines, so you can compare it with the maker's own price.
Are the laptops and desktops new?
Catalog laptops and desktops are bought new, in the maker's box. Custom PCs are built from new parts. The maker's warranty applies, and if the maker asks for proof of purchase, we send it to you.
How long is the payment window?
90 minutes. The amount and address are locked for that long and your order page counts down. Pay late and someone pairs it with your order by hand: slower, never lost.
What happens if I use the wrong network?
Coins sent on any network other than the one on your order cannot be recovered, by anyone. Check that the network in your wallet matches the one on your order before you hit send. If you send a little too much or too little, the order pauses and we contact you.
Will the parts in a custom PC work together?
The builder checks the processor socket against the motherboard, the memory type, the board size against the case, graphics card length, cooler height and power supply wattage. Options that clash are greyed out with the reason, and the checks run again when you order.
When will my order ship?
Catalog laptops and desktops ship 2 to 8 business days after payment. A custom PC takes 7 to 12, because we build and stress test it first. Every stage and the tracking number show up on your order page.
Can you get a model or configuration you do not list?
Usually. Send the model name or a link on the request page and we reply with a fixed price that includes our fee and shipping. The quote holds for 7 days and is paid through the same checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
Most of them, at a flat rate per region shown before you pay. A few are excluded by sanctions and export rules on high-end processors and graphics cards. Import duties and local taxes are set by your customs office.
Do I need an account? What do you keep?
No account. We keep the order and delivery details while we fulfil it, then delete your name, street, postcode and phone 90 days after it arrives. No analytics scripts, no IP address logging.
