# How to order

Three ways to buy, then the same four steps every time.

## Pick what you want

- **A listed machine.** Browse the [shop](/shop): ThinkPads, gaming laptops, MacBooks, mini PCs and desktops. Each product page splits the price into the item and a $25 service fee.
- **A custom PC.** Start from a [preset](/pcs) or open the [builder](/build). It checks socket, memory type, case clearance and cooler height for you, and sizes the power supply.
- **A model we do not list.** [Request it](/request) with a link or a model number. We reply with a fixed price, and that quote holds for 7 days.

## Pay in crypto

Enter your delivery address, choose from 40 coins and send the exact amount to the address shown. You have 90 minutes. The order page tracks the payment on its own, so leave it open or come back later with your order number.

## We buy it or build it

Listed machines are bought new, in the maker's box, and checked when they reach us. That takes 2 to 8 business days. Custom PCs are assembled and stress tested, which takes 7 to 12.

## It ships

Your order ships in a blank outer box. No store name on it, nothing that says what is inside, and the label shows a plain sender name. Tracking shows up on your order page as soon as the box leaves. Courier time is 2 to 5 business days in the US and 8 to 15 for the rest of the world. Rates are on the [shipping page](/shipping).

## No account, no card

There is nothing to sign up for. Your order number opens your order page, and [Track an order](/track) finds it again. Payment is on-chain only, so nothing is stored that could be charged a second time.
